Low season Basic rate Per night all-inclusive (minimum 3 nights), up to 5 people: $150.

2 weeks minimum:

All-inclusive for 1-2 people (minimum 14 night) $ 780

All-inclusive for 3-5 people (minimum 14 night) $ 880

(Security deposit $ 250)

(These rates do not apply on holidays and high season dates)

Short and long term rental prices for 1 up to 5 people:

Option 1:

1 month $900, Refundable Security Deposit $400
2-3 months $875, Refundable Security Deposit $1000
4-6 months $850, Refundable Security Deposit $1200
7-12 months $800, Refundable Security Deposit $1500

Plus: basic internet $28, gas $20 per month
Plus $ 68 HOA Dues 
Plus: water average $30 per month, electricity will charge by usage with an average of $40 to over $100 per month.

Option 2:

All-inclusive per month $1200 ( includes $50 for water and $100 for electricity). Over these amounts paid as an extra.

Refundable Security Deposit same as option 1
